Being able to charge their car at work – especially for free or at a discount – can mean savings of several thousand forints per month. This is a concrete, measurable benefit that many people consider more important than a regular cafeteria item.
The charger also sends a message: the company is modern, green, and forward-thinking. If the charger is also powered by solar panels, it further reinforces the image of sustainability. For the new generation of employees, these factors are no longer secondary – they are decisive considerations.
The solution is technically simple: most smart EV chargers can handle employee and guest charging separately, making it easy to account for who has used how much. In fact, it is even possible to charge for free up to a certain amount, and deduct the rest from the payment.
